Alys Beach
Alys Beach is a magical place and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to be working in a place that has been so wonderfully choreographed. One day, as you wind through the narrow streets and alleys you will come across this house fronting a small park. The house is a 3,200 square foot house arranged around an interior courtyard. It is critical that this house fit naturally into the fabric that has been so meticulously crafted. Once beyond the pivoting front door the house transforms into a sleek modern yet warm space that wraps around a cool and shadowed interior courtyard. The main floor living spaces open to the courtyard while the second floor private spaces overlook the courtyard and provide controlled views off the park, street life and sunset.
